To further strengthen ties and communication with alumni, consolidate alumni networks, and build bridges of fellowship, Min Yuhan, an alumni counselor from the School of Textiles and Fashion at Shanghai University of Engineering Science (SUES), recently visited Tsinghua University to call on Newton, a 2024 graduate of SUES who is now a master's student at Tsinghua University. This visit not only conveyed the school's deep care for its alumni but also established a regular communication platform between the school and its alumni currently studying at other institutions.
During the visit, Newton gave the counselor a tour of his laboratory, shared his daily study and life experiences, and expressed his gratitude for the time he spent at SUES.
Min Yuhan highly commended Newton 's academic pursuits and achievements, encouraging him to continue delving deeper into his specialized field, to be bold in exploration and innovation, and to strive for even greater progress. She also welcomed him to frequently visit his alma mater and share his growth experiences with current students. She stated that the school always cares about the development of every alumnus, viewing them as a valuable asset and a vivid testament to the quality of the school's talent cultivation. In the future, the school will further strengthen its connection with alumni, build more platforms for exchange and cooperation, and unite alumni strength to support the mutual development of both the school and its alumni.
